Mistakes happen and we want to help make sure any issues you have are handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Defective Shirts or Shipping Damage
All orders are inspected for quality before they’re shipped out, but sometimes bad prints and defective shirts slip through.
If you received a bad print or a defective shirt (with holes, seam rips, etc), or if you received the incorrect item/size/color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know your order number. We’ll begin the process of getting it right for you! In case of damage or defects we will ask for pictures.
If the defect is determined to be our fault, we will ship out a replacement item at no charge including the shipping and handling fees. If for some reason we are unable to replace the item we will issue a full refund including any original shipping and handling fees.
Press Marks, Residues and Weird Smells
Most press marks, residues or weird smells are actually not defects. These are common during the printing process and usually disappear with the first one or two washes. See Our Printing Process for more information on why this happens and our recommended washing instructions. If you are still concerned that you have a possible defect please contact us before washing your t-shirt and send along some pictures so we can help determine if it is indeed a defect.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us with your order number and let us know ASAP. If the order has not printed yet we may be able to cancel or change the order.
Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?
We get it. Sometimes you’re just not happy with a product. Or maybe it just doesn’t fit right. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to help with this we offer a 30-day return policy. Items in their original condition* may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the original shipping and handling fees. Note that the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate the return process for a refund, please contact us and let us know your order number. We will let you know the next steps. Please DO NOT ship the item back before you have contacted us. Your situation may affect where we have you ship the item.
Because we print to order, a straight product exchange is typically not possible. We will attempt to provide an exchange if possible but the most likely scenario is that we will provide a refund and you may reorder the preferred item.
* Original condition means like new, not worn (other than trying on) or washed. Item must also be free of hair, strong odors, and makeup or deodorant stains.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds can take up to two weeks to process, but will typically happen much faster. Once we approve your refund we will issue it within one business day but your bank or credit card company may take up to 5-7 days to post it to your account.
