As Porgs, we are just a bit on the small side to be operating modern apparel printing technology. Arthur is barely a foot tall, when standing on his tippy-talons. Because of this limitation we’ve partnered with a first-class facility in North Carolina to print and process your orders. They have printed millions of t-shirts using state-of-the-art presses and provide superb quality, incredibly quick processing, and fast shipping of all orders. Here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering from Porgstar:
Printing Time
Once you place your order, the item(s) are placed into our processing partner’s print queue. They confirm t-shirt blank availability, double check artwork, print, quality check, and then package your order for shipment. This entire process can take 2-7 business days. We’ve found that the vast majority of orders are ready to ship within 3 business days, and many times in only 2 days.
If you do need an item super-fast, you can choose the overnight delivery option which will move your order to the front of the print queue. As long as the required t-shirt blank is available your item(s) will print and ship the next business day. It’s better to think of this option as a 2-day delivery option. See below for further explanation.
Transit Time for Orders Delivered to the USA
Delivery options and delivery times available to you at checkout will vary depending on where you live. All options will include tracking info. All are subject to weather and courier delays, both of which are out of our control.
- Standard : 3 to 5 business days in transit after the order is processed.
- Express : 1 to 3 business days in transit after the order is processed.
- Flat Rate : 1 to 3 business days in transit after the order is processed.
- Overnight : 1 business day in transit after the order is processed.
Oddly, we have found that in most cases choosing the Express option will give you both the least expensive and fastest shipping. We’re not sure exactly how the maths work out, it probably involves a Tardis, but we recommend choosing that when offered.
* Overnight Delivery Disclaimer: Choosing the overnight delivery option at checkout does not mean next-day delivery. What it does mean is that our printing partner will prioritize your order and process it within 1 business day. They will then ship it that day using an overnight shipping option. Unless there is an issue with product availability you can actually expect your order in 2 business days. If there are issues with fulfilling your order within the 2 business day standard we will reach out to you.
